Canned Responses are pre-written responses and phrases to use when chatting or sending a mail. There are two types of canned responses, personal and company-wide responses.
To access the company-wide canned responses enter IOdesk and navigate to Application settings -> Canned Responses

To access the personal canned responses enter IOdesk and navigate to Profile in the top right
